Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child delivers great joy and the Good News of Jesus Christ to children in need around the world through gift-filled shoeboxes. Each box is packed full of quality toys, school supplies and personal hygiene items.

Here at Trinity, our Kids Ministry is challenging our church family to pack at least 30 shoeboxes.

-First, find a shoebox. Starting October 6th, we will have a plastic shoebox with a lid available here at the church to pick up.

-Second, get your label. The plastic shoebox will have a label for you to check if you want a boy or girl to recieve your items and what age your items are for.

-Third, go shopping and fill it full of new gifts! You can also include a personal note or photo.

Suggested items include:

Personal Care Items: toothbrush, wash cloth, bar of soap, comb and brush, stick of deodorant, underwear, flip flops, socks, hair accessories

School Supplies: pencils, sharpeners, erasers, pens, crayons, markers, notebooks, scissors, ruler, glue sticks

Games/Toys: puzzles, coloring books, jump rope, stickers, games, small ball, yo-yo, stuffed animals, doll

NO FOOD, CANDY, GUM, USED ITEMS, LIQUIDS, MEDICATION, TOOTHPASTE, OR MONEY!

-Fourth, return your filled shoebox back to Trinity by Sunday, November 18th! Pray for the child who will recieve your shoebox.

If at all possible, donate $10 per box to cover the shipping of each box you fill. For easiest processing, you can give online by scanning the QR code on your label or give by check using the attached postage paid envelope that will be inside your box.
