Kid's Summer Camp

We are looking forward to kid's camp this summer, July 24-27 for Children's Camp. This is for children that are entering 3rd grade - entering 6th grade.

We will be attending Horizon Camp at Lake Brownwood Christian Retreat this year. Jerry Hendrix is the Camp Director. Tique Hamilton will be serving as the camp emcee as well as he and his wife Stacy will be leading recreation.

We are looking forward to a fun time to grow together and towards God. The camp theme this year is Discover. One of the fun things we will be doing each night is having Block Parties with themes of: Neon, Space Jam, and Luau.

If your child is interested in attending the camp please let Dana Stuber know by May 20th, as she needs to send in pre-registration fee's. Full registration will be sent to each of you that show interest at a later time.

The camp fee is $230 per child. We are requesting a $50 commitment from each child committing to go to the camp and the rest of the fees before the camp begins The final fees due will depend on how much money is raised with fundraisers.

The church will be hosting a kid's and youth fundraiser on April 23rd to help offset the cost of camp.In order to qualify for scholarship money raised during the fundraisers, the child must assist with the fundraiser. If the child is not able to participate, talk to either Dana Stuber or Kristin Bowhay about how the child can qualify for funds to offset the cost of camp.

For the fundraiser on April 26th, Students and Kids will help prepare and serve a taco meal. We are also in need of donations of food treats to auction off during this time. If your child plans to attend camp please plan oon donating at least one food item (cupcakes, cookies, cakes, pies, salsa...)
